Refund Policy

At Marry Pop-Up, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below.

Cancellation & Refunds

More than 14 days before your event: Full refund minus a processing fee.

Within the two weeks up to 72 hours in advance: 50% refund of the service fee.

Less than 72 hours before your event: No refund available.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your wedding nanny service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

Weather & Emergencies

In the event of extreme weather or emergencies that prevent us from providing service, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
